1. General Return Policy
In the event that a product is found to be physically damaged, defective, or different from the description on the product detail page, a refund may be requested.
Customers must raise a complaint with our customer care team within 24 hours of the delivery, along with supporting images and the receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery to substantiate their claim.
In cases of partial delivery, customers should also report the issue within 24 hours and provide the invoice for verification.
2. Conditions for Return
Refund requests can be initiated under the following circumstances:
a) The item received is physically damaged.
b) The item received is missing parts or accessories.
c) The item received is different from its description on the product detail page.
d) The item received is defective or does not function properly.
Note:
i) All refund requests are subject to verification by a representative from Kranti Mercantile or the seller.
ii) If the claim is validated, the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 10-12 business days.
3. Refund Process
Upon due verification, if the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or different from the description, the refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing may take 10-12 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold on Kranti Mercantile, we do not offer replacements for any items. Please refer to our refund policy in case of defective or damaged products.
5. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed by the customer, it cannot be canceled.
Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.
